Return & Refund Policy

At RAHAT MART, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Be in its original packaging with all accessories included.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Items that have been used, installed, or altered.
Products without original packaging or missing accessories.
Clearance or final sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method whenever possible.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made by bank transfer or another agreed method.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned according to this policy after delivery.
